Guests arrive in Santiago, Chile’s cosmopolitan capital framed by the Andes.
After check-in at a boutique luxury hotel, the group gathers for a welcome reception and dinner at one of Santiago’s celebrated bistros. The evening introduces Chile’s dynamic culinary scene with dishes highlighting seafood from the Pacific and produce from the Central Valley.
A curated wine pairing offers the first introduction to Chile’s world-class vineyards.

After breakfast we travel west toward the Casablanca Valley, one of Chile’s most acclaimed cool-climate wine regions.
Influenced by Pacific Ocean breezes and morning coastal fog, Casablanca produces elegant Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.
Highlights include:
Private tastings at two distinguished wineries
Vineyard and cellar tours with resident winemakers
A vineyard lunch overlooking the valley
The afternoon concludes with a relaxed tasting of reserve wines before returning to Santiago for the evening.

The drive inland reveals a dramatic transition from coastal landscape to desert valley, where vineyards thrive along the Elqui River.

After breakfast we return south toward the Colchagua Valley, Chile’s premier region for powerful red wines.
This fertile valley produces some of the country’s most celebrated Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
We check into a vineyard estate or luxury countryside lodge before enjoying a relaxed dinner paired with wines from the estate.
